I feel like I`m dreaming, was begining to think it would never happen, I was researching hatchlings this morning, had decided if Flake had to go I would get a baby (that didn`t look like flake) to try and stop the kids getting too upset but my heart wasn`t really in it, I didn`t want to go through this again as it was painfull to watch him get thinner and thinner. In between trying to feed him I was trying to get his trust by opening his doors and sitting in front of the viv, just to let him see I wasn`t going to grab and pull at him and he had started coming out and climbing on me, he really is lovely and so gentle, I`m still not sure what I`m doing is right but hopefully Flake can show me now.

Flakes doing great, at last, he stayed in his hide on the hot side of viv untill Sunday night and has been active since he came out, got up this morning to his first poo in the viv, I`ve cleaned it all out and have kept it so am going to phone vets and ask if its any good to be tested as I had to take out a lot of substrate as it had soaked into it, but it looks like it should going by the vets ect. I`m going to try him again with another fluff on Friday (week after he first ate) and hopefully we wont have any probs.
