I want to watch the video's on here, but can't or can't get one particular one. I have been told to upgrade my adobe flash player, well looked at it but there are several, which one do i need please

This is the dowload page for Adobe Flash Player version 10.0.45.2
(also called 11).
It's the latest version and it works with Windows, Firefox, Safari and Opera.
Download and install that and you should have no probs watching vids
